Description - Description: Works shall include the installation of new stand alone Mechanical space heating and cooling system comprising of a multi function heat pump, providing low temperature hot water central heating and chilled water cooling to the West wing and proposed circulation space extension. Ventilation to be provided through a hybrid air handling unit plant with heat recovery function, distribution ductwork to all habitable spaces in the West wing as well as extract systems from areas that are prone to elevated levels of humidity and contaminants such as toilets, wet rooms, kitchens and storage areas.
