Description - Abstract*The development objective of the Water Supply and Sanitation Access Program (PASEA) Project for Congo, Democratic Republic of (DRC) is to increase access to basic drinking water supply and sanitation services in selected provinces of the DRC and to strengthen the capacity of the public and private sector for drinking water supply and sanitation service delivery.
