Description - Description: The "New Residence" project involves the construction of the "Salzburg Museum New Residence / Belvedere Salzburg site expansion", i.e. the expansion of the Salzburg Museum's exhibition space, the Salzburg Museum's ground floor expansion and the general renovation of the rooms in the New Residence. The ground floor area will be converted for museum use and for ancillary rooms to the museum. An underground exhibition hall is planned in the area of the 2nd courtyard.
