Description - Scope of Work:Construction of Solar-plus-gas hybrid facility in south of Bogota.Description:GEB had signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), which will invest USD 11 million (EUR 10.9m) in the proj ect on behalf of South Korea’s ministry of trade, industry and energy. The future hybrid system will be located on a 13,000-square-metre (139,931 sq ft) plot of land in the Bogota neighbourhood of Mochuelo Alto. The solar PV component will consist of 2,700 panels. The company expects to start works on the project in early 2023. The solar-and-gas plant will be the first hybrid energy facility in Colombia.
