Description - Description: The Foundation for Common Land (FCL) on behalf of the National Trust, are seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver capital works on Brant Fell, Sedbergh. We require a total length of 2850m of footpaths on the uplands fell as part of th e NFM works delivered via Our Upland Commons NLHF Project. The footpaths are already in existence but require remedial works and some cross drains/bunds/culverts to encourage the water off the paths and down into wetland areas/gills. The contractor will be bound by NTs CDM regs and should be a member of Constructionline. Evidence of these two elements will be sought. There is an existing Project Director and Project Management contractor in place
