Description - Description: The majority of services required by Council is expected to be in relation to the sale of Council land. Council expects to have a minimum of 14 new residential lots in the Grantham Estate, and 1 industrial lot in Gatton, for sale in 2024 . The Governance and Property team is also reviewing Council’s land assets across the Lockyer Valley region to identify any other opportunities for sale during this Council term.From time-to-time Council also looks at opportunities for the strategic identification and purchase of land for long-term projects. In this regard, services may be required to assist in identifying suitable land and making discreet enquiries on behalf of Council.Council
