Description:The Gulf International Poultry Farm is being developed in partnership with Gulf Japan Food Fund, Japanese Ice Foods Company and UAE-based IFFCO. The farm is going to be one of the largest poultry farms for egg production in the GCC. Spread over an area of 18mn sqm, the farm will be set up in Subaikhi area in the wilayat of Ibri.The project, whose investment cost exceeds RO26mn, will serve the needs of the local market with a production capacity of 360mn eggs annually and support the export sector of Oman by sending surplus eggs to various countries in the region.
