Drivers should plan ahead, expect delays of up to 20 minutes and seek alternate routesThe Jackson County portion will upgra de the roadway to provide for widened shoulders and turn lanes at Coker Butte, Devils Garden and Dry Creek Road. It will also improve the hilly and curvy sections of roadway.
