Description - Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance East, (hereafter referred to as the "Contractor") invites tenders for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24-hour rest area for heavy transport along the railway. 3 on the section Atna–Kvikne. The driving distance from rv. 3 to the entrance for the 24-hour rest area itself must be a maximum of 1 km. The exit from rv. 3 must lie on the stretch from the southern exit to fv. 219 at Atna, and to the county border Innlandet/Trøndelag.
