Description - Scope : Construction of D4 motorway linking Príbram (Central Bohemia) to Písek (South Bohemia). The scope of the contract will involve design, finance, construct, operate and maintain a new 32km motorway and the conversion of 17km of existing infra structure into a dual two-lane carriageway.It will be executed using a full building information modelling (BIM) approach, which is claimed to be the first in the country for a road construction project. The 28-year PPP motorway contract includes nearly four years of construction work, which will be completed by Eurovia CS, a Czech subsidiary of Eurovia (VINCI).
