Description - Description: Sunshine Coast Council (Council) requires a Principal Contractor to supply and construct a replacement club house at Caloundra City Soccer Club located on Caloundra Road in Russell Barker Park.The building is located at the end of the ca r park and forms part of a Council leased soccer complex.The building no longer services the growth of the club and will be required to be replaced.
