Description - Scope of Work:To Build Waste Incineration Plant in Minsk. Description:The plant is supposed to be built by 2023. It may start operating earlier. The capacity will be about 500,000 cubic meters. Minsk produces about 800,000 cubic meters of waste. Part of waste will be collected and recycled separately. Organic waste will be also collected separately and the rest is supposed to be burnt.The recycling rate of municipal waste was at 22.6% in Belarus in 2019.
