Description - Scope of Work:Construction of New facility that will be handling components for offshore wind turbines at Port Esbjerg. Description:It designed the 6,200-sq-m facility earlier this year after identifying a need for storage and assembly capacity for t hese gigantic components, the size of which makes their transportation on land difficult. Jorton A/S will undertake the construction work after winning the contract in a tender. The first tenant of the new building will be Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA, which already is carrying out many activities at the port. It’s clear that even in 2023, the facilities available at the ports around the North Sea will be insufficient to meet the demand,
