Description - Scope : Area 47 is a conventional oil development located onshore Libya and is operated by Nafusah Oil Operations. Discovered in 2007, Area 47 lies in block Area 47. The project is currently in approval stage and is expected to start commercial produ ction in 2025. The Area 47 conventional oil development will involve the drilling of approximately seven wells.Field participation details : The field is owned by Libyan Investment Authority, PT Medco Daya Abadi Lestari and National Oil Corporation of Libya.
