Description - Description: The work consists of the 2nd phase of rehabilitation work on the Toulon Opera. The work concerns the treatment of the closed and covered area, the redevelopment of the hall block including the installation of seats, public reception area s, the stage block and the administrative block. The first phase of the rehabilitation work on the Toulon Opera was the subject of a separate consultation (asbestos removal, cleaning of the stage cage and the administrative part, restoration of the stone facade and treatment of joinery exterior wood). Special nature of the work: restoration of old buildings protected as Historic Monuments, for which it is important to harmonize the rebuilt parts
